Covingtons Customs is a trade name of Covingtons Cycle City LLC.
All of our parts are designed for custom use.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for his/her use.
The user shall assume all legal, personal, and injury risks, liability, and all other obligations, duties, and risks associated therewhithin.
Shipping:
Shipping charges listed are for the continental U.S.A. only. All U.S.A. orders will be shipped UPS ground. UPS second day air and next day air are available upon request at additional cost.
Damage Claims:
All claims due to damage or loss in transit must be made immediately with the carrier upon receipt of shipment. If you find that your parts arrived in damaged condition all original packaging material (box and other materials must be saved to make a proper damage claim). All other claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt.
Returns:
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be made for custom ordered parts, misapplication,or misuse of parts after receipt.
Cancellations will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
No returns for custom built parts.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
All returned items may be subject to a repolishing or repair fee.
Warranty:
All products manufactured by Covingtons Cycle City LLC are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Covingtons Cycle City LLC is not responsible for failure of any product that results from misuse, modification, improper installation, or used for racing or competition purposes. We reserve the right to inspect all products returned to Covingtons Cycle City LLC for conformance to our stated warranty policy before replacement or repair. Covingtons Cycle City LLC shall be liable only for the value of the item warranted and not the cost of paint, installation, or removal. Chrome plating shall be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Corrosion due to salt spray is not covered by the warranty. The warranties herein are exclusive and there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, including any implied warranty of merchantability and liability for consequential damages. No warranties of fitness for a particular purpose have been made in consideration of this sale.
